We trust you will have a positive experience of the DUC Employment Hub. Membership of the DUC Employment Hub does not guarantee you finding work through this facility. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service purchased, refund of your payment will be considered as follows:

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances and will be processed by us within 5 working days of our agreement to refund.

Refunds should be requested within 14 days of the date of registration to the DUC Employment Hub. Refunds not requested within this reasonable time frame will be refused. If you do wish to request a refund, simply email Info@ducemploymenthub.com quoting REFUND EH in the subject line of the email. Please detail the following information in the email and we will respond accordingly:

- Migrant's Name
- Reason for requesting a refund
